The house is older and a little worn but spotless! Would have been 5 stars but couldn't reach the microwave because it was on the top of the fridge and there was no step stool.

Quiet little get away

Right on the skirt of town rests this full amenities, comfortable, and simply charming place. With great views of the Colombia and easy access in and out of town this place provides a calm and easy place to stay. We wish we stayed longer than just one night. The hosts gave perfect details for check in and check out and were communicative. We appreciate the stay so much and will return soon.

Playing in Astoria

I love Astoria! This is a sweet two bedroom loft apartment within walking distance to the river walk and downtown if you like. Clean, comfy and simple accommodation for my daughter and I after a day of walking, talking, shopping, eating and fun.

There were a few disappointments. The door to one of the bedrooms was coming off its top hinge. The stairs up from the parking area need to be cleaned and fixed. The railing was not completely attached at the top. The blinds to the back porch were damaged with half the blinds missing. There was old candy under the couch. The controls for the ceiling fans were out of reach for us.Having said all that, we liked the handy location. Everything was clean when we arrived. We enjoyed the view from our front windows. The TV worked fine.
