This Coastal Cottage is the perfect stay for exploring the Palm Harbor/Dunedin area. The location was desirable for easy access to the Pinellas Trail and within easy walking distance to dining . The neighborhood was safe, quiet and the host, Patrick was easy to reach and communicate with. The home was SPOTLESS, very comfortable and had everything to make our stay EXCELLENT!

Warped panel walls that seems to be a converted shed with 2 additions don’t get me wrong creative but keep the things inside not “trailer park” nice. If the items were updated from warped floors and walls to no water pressure in the sink. Pictures were highly deceiving , however if certain things were done it would be awesome as the location is nice

Patrick was responsive to my messages, but I had multiple issues and ended up not staying. This listing did not meet my standard of clean, and that's all I will say. He agreed to a full refund if we vacated same night, so we packed up and did just that.

The unit was spotless clean. Beautful beaches about a ten minute drive away. Numerous dining options close by. Biking and walking trails within walking distance. Parking was directly in front of the unit. Their is a nice fenced yard, with a charcoal grill. Which was a blessing. We loved Ozona for dining and music. The host was easy to deal with and communicative. Plenty to do in downtown Dunedin. A great getaway.
