We booked this house for a month, I'm 9 months pregnant&we moved here across the country with all of our belongings and needed a temporary place to stay. Upon arrival pool was disgusting and green. Manager sent a cleaner within the next few days and was a little cleaner. The pump doesn't seem to work well as there's always a layer of bugs on top of the entire pool. Upstairs bathroom and hall outlets do not work, the last two weeks the lights just stopped working in both upstairs bathrooms. The garage is half filled with furniture and belongings making one side unusable and unable to get to the breaker box to remedy the situation. Very inconvenient as we booked this place for the garage access to store our belongings and motorcycles in. Code enforcement showed up because they're not allowed to have long term tenants. Very uncomfortable and when I contacted the manager he told me I just shouldn't answer the door for them again. No TVS in the bedrooms, just in the living room. My fiancé has a service animal. The host is attempting to squeeze an EXTRA cleaning fee out of us, claiming our "pet" "destroyed" the house due to dog hair. I already paid a cleaning fee. Accused us of breaking an already broken vacuum(hence the dog hair) among other things. There were barely any pots or pans to cook with. Maybe fine for a weekend stay but not a whole month. If you have a service animal BEWARE OF DISCRIMINATION. The neighbors dogs are always outside and NEVER stop barking.
