Located at the edge of Summerlin, in a quiet, friendly neighborhood.

Rock climbers love the atmosphere and proximity to great climbing sites around Vegas.

The house has a unique interior design, an outdoor pool, and a backyard garden with hummingbirds flying from flower to flower.

Close to everything:
Tivoli Village, Downtown Summerlin, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Albertsons, Target. Gulf courses and tennis courts are all 5 minute drive

Unique design and personal touch, 3-bedroom single-family home with a comfy fireplace, 49'' smart TV (HDMI, Wifi, USB), full kitchen, 2 fridges, dishwasher , microwave, laundry room washer/dryer.

Outdoor patio seating area around a pool & spa.


No parties/weddings

Spa heated up to $100 Gas bill per month (over 2 times our regular monthly bill and we are 4 people), higher bills are paid by guests. We had many guests and it never happens if you remember to turn the heater off when you finish using the spa ;-)

Pool not heated.

Security camera installed at the back yard.

Guest access
We either meet you in person or leave you a lock box code. Easy.
Other things to note
Swim in the pool and use the hot tub at your own risk.

Guests are requested to leave the house in the same condition as they found it when they arrived.

Wonderful home with beautiful pool

Had a lovely extended visit at this home. We enjoyed staying there and swimming in the pool. It was our home away from home while we remodeled our own home.

Very IKEA Like

The place is very nice and clean, and the owner was extremely helpful, graciously, and available if I had questions. The neighborhood is quiet, and the people seemed very respectful. It is certainly a place I would stay at if returning to the Vagas area.
