A charming fully furnished property located in Central Las Vegas! The 2-story home includes a porched entrance, and dual living spaces. Also, a multi-leveled dining space with chair rail molding. A cozy kitchen with recessed lighting, views of the pool, and French doorway leading to the patio! The home comes equipped with three flat screen televisions a full-size washer/dryer, a pool table and ping pong table! We are located 9 minutes from the Strip! Great house

Overall a great stay. Great communication. Upon arrival house was clean. Could not get the hot tub to work until the last night. The property manager or owner was on it, had someone come over right away!!

Great place not to far from downtown and the strip!!!

Very nice and reasonably priced. A+ for the money we had a great time. For us it was better then hotel. 8 adults roomy has a pool. Would stay again.

Inside was clean and well stocked with towels. Pool was fantastic! Could not get the hot tub to work though. All in all, my family and I would stay here again.

Great place

Excellent location; close to the expressway, close to golf courses, walking distance to several great kids’ parks and a municipal pool, and not too far from the strip. A great place for a large family or several smaller families. Property manager was excellent; timely, helpful and knowledgeable.

Lots of space, beautiful home

The house is very spacious and clean. The yard is lovely. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. Definitely recommend. Owners are responsive and very pleasant.

Thanksgiving visit

The property was great. The kids had fun running around in the backyard. The homeowner was great. While there, any time we had a question the homeowner was quick to respond. Would love to stay there again during the summer.

IT WAS PERFICT INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OUTSIDE JUST NEEDED A LITTLE BIT OF REPAIR TILE IN POOL PAINTING AND SMALL REPAIR TO CONCRETE BUT STIL WORTH EVERY PENNY THANK YOU GREG AND FAMILYi

Family Reunion

My family of 7 stayed here. Good location. House was super clean. One thing I will mention. There is a sunken living room right off the entryway which proved to be an accident waiting to happen. My sister in law feel and broke her arm. And we just kept my 92 year old dad away from it Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Property worked well for large family stay

We enjoyed the stay, and using the pool and hot tub. For my large extended family the 4 bedrooms and decent amount of space worked well. Only a couple little things, like there was zero ice in the freezer or trays to make ice. Had to go to the store to get ice. The other was a lack of reasonable response from the property management on several occasions. On the day of arrival, we had no instructions for the group on how to enter the property. After 2 phone calls and voice messages left over a 4 hour period, as well as text messages with zero response, after we landed in Las Vegas they finally answered the phone about 90 minutes before we were going to check into the house. He said they were supposed to automatically send the instructions earlier in the day, but that never happened. Was nervous we weren't going to be able to get into the house! Finally after that call he emailed and texted instructions. Not sure why none of the other messages were answered? Also there were no instruction binders at the house. We had no information on what if anything needed to be done when we left? I also left a VM about that that and again had no response. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, but of all the rentals I have stayed at in the past this was the biggest lack of communication we have had. That would be my only reservation about staying here again.

Great location, great amenities, great hosts

House is in a convenient location and nice neighborhood, easy to get to as well, and close to almost anything you'd need. House is well taken care of and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Nice pool and spa, games in the finished garage, and spacious rooms. Hosts were super responsive and both the check in and check out process were great. More property owners could take notes. :) We'll be back!

Overall the house was fine. We dealt with a bit of an ant problem that I understand can happen. Had a bit of a problem with the hot tub but it was corrected quickly. Would recommend the house.

75th Birthday

We came to Vegas for my fathers 75th birthday. The accommodations were perfect!! Close enough to be in the action in 10 mins, but far enough away to be able to enjoy quite evenings in the pool/ hot tub. It was perfect for our family, 6 adults in all with plenty of room for all! I Really couldn’t recommend this place more.
