About this property

BEAUTIFUL FULLY FURNISHED TWO BEDROOM HOME FOR RENT IN WHEATLEY RIVER

Stunning views of the surrounding farm land.

Electric, heat, hot water and wifi are included.

The house is fully furnished with kitchen appliances and two baths. It is located about 20 minutes to UPEI and Charlottetown.

Please contact us before booking with any questions and to confirm availability. The maximum number of guests is 4. $50 per person/per night over four.

One Bedroom has a king size bed and the other a queen bed.

The living room is fully furnished with a small TV. A full deck is off the living room and kitchen. Washer and dryer are on the main level. A security system monitors the outside.

The minimum stay is one week during June - August. Monthly rents and longer are preferred September - May.

Snow removal along the driveway and lawn care are included.

Sorry no pets and the property is smoke free.
