Beautiful grounds, extremely clean, bountiful "extras"

This was our 3rd year staying at the Red Cardinal Lodge and it again did not disappoint. Our large family, including many little grandchildren had plenty of room and we all spept well! It's location is perfectly set just a couple of miles off the highway. Nancy is very quick to respond to questions and was eager to make our stay the best it could be. I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay. The place is beautiful! We give it 10 stars. Everything is supplied, including everything to make smores. Game room was liked by our grandkids and adults. This was our 2nd stay and we will be back next year.

A fantastic place for our family to get together.

It is a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are very large. You do not feel crowded. No problem if it rains. The game room is fantastic. The owners supply so many things. They have a nice fire pit. Which we enjoyed the supplies for s’mores. Can’t wait to go again. The owners are wonderful people.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Red Cardinal Lodge!! From the moment we arrived, everything was beyond excellent. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. This location was ideal for us, right in the heart of Pleasant Valley and a short drive to Malabar Farms. This home had everything we needed and then some! The host were beyond generous with supplies and thoughtful items we might need during our stay. Communication was excellent and we really appreciated how clearly everything was explained regarding the house and expectations. The entire experience was easy, relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in this region.

I can’t say enough about this property! To say the home and grounds are stunning does not do it justice.The host was amazing and was so thoughtful with the snacks, s’mores and all the decor that made our stay so inviting. If there was anything that was not thought of I certainly couldn’t tell. Highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Nancy and Doug!!

Red Cardinal Lodge - Mansfield, OH

Our stay at Red Cardinal Lodge in Mansfield, Ohio was absolutely wonderful. The lodge was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making the space feel both comfortable and relaxing. What truly stood out was the hospitality and attention to detail provided by the owners. They clearly take great pride in the property and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The best rental our group has ever had

The red cardinal lodge was awesome. Our group does a few trips a year together. We have never been to a property where it is so apparent that the hosts really care about the guest experience. Everything was clean, communication was perfect and the extras were awesome. Never had a plate of homemade cookies waiting for us when we checked in. The game room and hot tub was also pretty cool.

The most wonderful family Christmas ever !!

From the moment we walked in the door we felt at home . Absolutely beautiful! The decorations and antiques. Extremely clean and they had everything you could ever need for a long weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate Christmas. We will definitely be back

Great cabin with incredible extra host touches

This cabin is extra special. Lots of room and even has a game room and hot tub. The host provided lot of niceties, including robes. We definitely recommend it to others.

Fantastic

Fantastic hosts, accommodations, and location. Everything was very new and clean. Lots to do on property with pond, games, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor and indoor hang out space. Highly recommend.

Great Ohio cabin

We had a wonderful stay at Cardinal Lodge. The hosts went above and beyond. The house is well stocked and has an abundance of activities to keep us entertained. Sitting on the porch every morning and enjoying a cup of coffee was wonderful It is very nicely decorated. We plan to go back.
