The King Ranch is an entertainer's delight! The ranch is a peaceful, child and pet friendly retreat with abundant privacy for your next getaway, family reunion, holiday party, corporate event, smaller events & micro weddings!

The main home features 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, one half bath.

MAIN HOME SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Main floor primary suite: King bed
Main floor living area: Full sofa bed
Second floor 4 bedrooms: All King beds

DETACHED GARAGE APARTMENT:

Bedroom 1: King
Living area: Queen sofa bed

***Every bedroom (including garage apartment) has the flexibility to convert the King beds into a 2 single twin XL bed set up. Please notify host when booking if you need bedrooms made with twins. All bedrooms are made up as kings unless otherwise stated.***

We also have a pack-n-play crib available for use.

The amenities here include the pool & spa, sun chairs, picnic table, patio set, fire pit, corn hole lawn games, Blackstone griddle, Weber grill, filtered water cooler, extra folding tables and chairs & lawn canopies for outdoor dining, board games, puzzles, Smart Tv's, 2 laundry areas, 2 dishwashers, pool towels, lanterns, & a well stocked kitchen and bathroom basics making packing a breeze!

The property is available for small events & the outbuilding in the back of the property is available to rent for an additional charge. Outbuilding has power, A/C, furniture for meetings, a refrigerator and small bar. The building does NOT have a bathroom so a portable restroom must be rented for your event and your own cost and be removed by the time your are required to check out. All events must follow the Quiet Hours of 10pm-8am rule.
