The house odds at the end of a long road, nicely secluded. Beautifully furnished with plenty of room and amenities. The pool and spa were a big benefit, especially on the hot Texas days (September). We made a mountain of memories for a big birthday celebration with family from all over. Highly recommend!!

The home was older but very spacious and as described. Pool filter malfunctioned and affected use the first 36 hours but hosts were very responsive and worked hard to resolve. Grounds and flower beds were not groomed but home itself was clean and well equipped. Host even brought us more filters and coffee as a courtesy and a bottle of wine due to pool inconvenience. Location to wedding venue (20 minutes) was awesome. It’s 40-45 minutes to downtown Austin!or San Marcos outlets. A very good BBQ restaurant is only 10-15 minutes away. We would stay in Dripping Springs again for sure.

Wow, What a beautiful property!This house has something for everyone, the pool and hot tub were very clean and in good working order. The game room was amazing. the patio areas were very nice and comfortable. The inside was clean and well stocked with towels, paper goods, kitchen utensils and appliances. Check in was very easy, Jeanette was available within minuets to answer any questions, and provide recommendations about the surrounding area. Our group of four couples had wonderful time, and really enjoyed the scenery, and wildlife.

We had a very nice stay at this property. The house is private and comfortable, and the pool was definitely the highlight—beautiful, well-maintained, and a wonderful place to relax. The kitchen was also very well equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals and enjoy time at the house.The property manager, Jeanette, was excellent—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.As other reviewers have mentioned, we did encounter scorpions inside the home during our stay, so future guests should be aware of that, particularly if traveling with children or anyone uncomfortable with them.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the privacy, amenities, and attentive management.

As our property is located on 55 acres in the Texas Hill Country, encounters with wildlife—including scorpions—can occur despite our best efforts. We have a licensed professional pest control company that services the property every month, with additional treatments as needed to help minimize their presence. Recently, we have also completed significant land clearing and maintenance around the property, which we expect will further reduce scorpion activity. While no rural property can be guaranteed to be completely free of wildlife, we are committed to providing a clean, well-maintained, and comfortable environment for our guests and take this issue very seriously. The house was spotless and very well equipped. The back patio is the most lovely place to have coffee in the morning. The property is beautiful. It was a little cool for us to use the pool but it was very peaceful and nice.

The house was beautiful, the host was always available and responded really quickly. The pool with hot tub was our favorite! Hot tub was perfect because it was a really rainy weekend and we only got like 2 hours of sun :( but we still made the best of it. Would stay again!

Thanksgiving Family Gathering

Our stay involved 3 families who were celebrating thanksgiving together. Loved everything about the home as it provided opportunities for everyone to have their own space. The outdoor spaces and gathering areas were perfect including a huge fenced backyard for our young boys to run and play. Kitchen was nicely finished with everything we needed.
