About this property

Panoramic Hill Country views can be seen for miles from this well-cared-for 11+ acre eclectic getaway just north of Dripping Springs. Star-gaze from the cozy fire pit (or hilltop observatory with lounge chairs and a hammock) or relax in the four rocking chairs on the covered back deck. For those outdoor enthusiasts, get energized with a hike down meandering trails to the seasonal creek. If hot, take a dip in the pool. If cold, fire up the hot tub. There are many wineries, distilleries, and breweries close by.

The TV's are equipped with a Roku that provides Netflix, Disney Plus, YouTube, ESPN, and many other channels. The very large bounce house can be rented for $150 during your stay and I will help to set it up. I will not send a payment request until ~2 days prior to your arrival to ensure that the weather will be suitable.

The kitchen features custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, and plenty of room for the chef. It is fully stocked with pots and pans, a coffee maker, and an espresso machine with all the K-cups and creamer pods you will need, paper towels, dishes, glasses, etc. You just need to bring your food and drink and you are all set! If you think you need it we probably have it so feel free to reach out and ask before you pack it or buy it.

There is a propane grill on the back deck that overlooks the pool and the vista. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.

If you need to check in early or check out late let me know and I will check with the maids to see if that is possible. The charge to do so is $20 per hour.

No hunting allowed. If you are going to shoot something, use your camera. And please only hike on our property.

Don't heat the pool since it will drain the propane tank, costing $800 to fill. Feel free to heat the hot tub - please turn off the heater once done.

When checking out, put A/C to 78 in hot months and the heater to 65 in cold months. Please put the furniture back where it was and turn off lights.

Amazing spot

The stars at night are big & bright!

This is an amazing property with gorgeous views. James was very prompt at responding when we had a question. Don't worry about forgetting anything--it is probably stocked in the house. So many amenities!! We went to Dripping Springs to view the Perseids meteor shower, Nothing like laying by the pool, watching the stars. :) We highly recommend this property.

Awesome vacation

The property was everything as advertised. The Host was excellent and had our stay ready for us. The amenities and things we didn't expect were accommodating for our stay. It was the hottest days of the year but it was never a problem. The deer weren't moving much because of the heat but we made friends with a fox and saw many beautiful birds. We had a wonderful time and would stay here, again. Thanks James.
