This beautifully decorated unit is furnished with high-end décor and comfortable living room furnishings throughout, making it perfect for a family getaway. The dining room table seats six, and the living room furniture is ideal for watching movies or playing games. Every nook and cranny of this unit has been carefully designed and includes many additional accommodations, such as a charging station and a desk for workspace when needed.

The primary and guest bedrooms feature king-size beds, both with ample closet space and breathtaking ocean views. Additionally, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, making it perfect for accommodating families, friends, or couples.

Somewhere on the Beach is a completely renovated second-floor unit with a unique floor plan that allows for greater privacy between the bedrooms. Enjoy magnificent sunsets over the Atlantic from the living room or from the comfort of your bedrooms. The large private balcony includes two seating areas, as well as a dining table that doubles as a shuffleboard game. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for those who enjoy cooking, and there’s a morning coffee and tea station offering a variety of choices. The unit also overlooks a beautiful pool and jacuzzi.

The owners of this unit have provided additional amenities for all their guest comfort and convenience, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bug spray, tanning lotion, laundry essentials, and much more!

**Pool and Outdoor Living...**
Community amenities include a heated Olympic-sized pool and a bubbling 20-person hot tub, as well as three tennis courts, one of which boasts the only clay surface in Key West. There are bathrooms near the pool for convenience, whether you want to enjoy a sauna soak or a quick rinse before heading back to the condo. A small community library and fitness center are also available. Spend your evenings under one of the many pavilions while grilling your dinner and enjoying the refreshing breeze from the Atlantic Ocean. Each unit comes with an assigned parking space in the garage, subject to height restrictions. Limited outside parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

**Cancellation...**
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a refund, minus a $250 cancellation fee.
