Bed was very comfortable. Luckily the window air conditioner was in the room we were in. Neighborhood is mostly quiet but the work being done to add a manufactured home in the back of the house starts early. Neighborhood felt safe. Comfortable for a small family.
Great UO game weekend home. Very conveniently located about 15 minutes to Autzen or the school. We had a great time staying at this home. The beds were the best part. Almost didn’t get out of bed because they were so comfy. Love the minimalist feel of the entire home. Highly recommend.
House was comfortable for a quick stay. Bathroom was a tight fit . Backyard was overgrown when we arrived but quickly came to cut . Was very quiet . Beds were comfortable! The neighborhood was a bit sketchy thankfully neighbors were not .
Every thing we needed, enjoyed walks about the neighborhood. Clean. Nice yard. I appreciated the efforts to keep things uncluttered, way more relaxing for us.
This stay was a great experience. The home was super clean and organized. We loved using the fireplace in the living room, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The only thing is that the home did smell a bit like cigarettes upon arrival. But overall, we would stay again!
The house was quiet and clean. We did notice a musty smell but couldn’t tell where it came from. As the listing shows it’s about a 15 minute drive from UofO and downtown. It was comfortable for our two night stay.
We needed a quiet place to stay for a crazy weekend in Eugene area; this house was just the place. They though of everything, down to tiniest detail. Very comfy, the best bed I've ever slept in! Easy to get to, the contact person Maria was so warm and friendly and accessible. We are definitely keeping this place in mind if we need to return. Thank you!
We booked this for a weekend getaway and it was amazing!! The host was very communicative when it came to expectations and was available if anything came up. Kitchens was stocked as listed. The listing gave a great idea of what to expect and it didn't disappoint!! Highly recommend and we will be back!!

It was such a pleasure to host you, Elisabeth! We look forward to hosting next time you come to Eugene!
Everything was great! Only problem was the electrical system. There is no central heating so if we had the heaters going then the blow dryer would short out the power. This happened a couple of times. The wall heater in the back bedroom didn’t work so we rolled in the heater from the front room to keep the bedroom warm at night. Oregon is cold!Other than that everything was perfect!
The property was nice. I received email that check in was after 12 o’clock but when we arrived the home was still being cleaned so we left and returned after 4. Our stay was hassle free until the second day when tree removal came to remove the tree in back, we had not been apprised of this so it was very scary when the tree started falling, it shook the house multiple times and felt like earthquakes. A heads up would have been nice. The only suggestions I have would be window covering for the front door and the back slider door and a grab bar to assist getting into the shower. The house was very clean and had all of the kitchen accessories available. We would rent this home again.
