Available 11/15/25. Furniture and housewares arrive end of October. Fully furnished condo is available for season. Perfect for snowbirds, short term work in the area, or anyone interested in a vacation to Southwest Florida. The quiet, gated, neighborhood is Two Bedrooms, One and a Half Baths. There is covered reserved parking for the unit, and it has everything you need to enjoy your time in our area. Located centrally in Fort Myers, everything you need is nearby, including our wonderful beaches.
The neighborhood features tennis, pools, pickleball, and shuffleboard.
