Located within minutes of the University of Tennessee campus, you'll be within an easy drive to Neyland Stadium, Thompson-Boling Arena, and other athletic facilities. You'll also have easy access to the buzz of game day traditions, tailgating, and the camaraderie of Volunteer fans. The house offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience with the open-concept living area, private patio, and sunroom. The abundance of windows throughout the home as well as the contrast of black, white, and red create a naturally bright and modern living space. After exploring all that Knoxville has to offer, utilize our fully stocked kitchen to prepare your favorite meals.
