About this space
The lower apartment in the house gives you the right vacation feeling with the style, design and high comfort of a 5 star boutique hotel. You have 1 fully equipped kitchen with living area and 30m2 terrace and dining table and view of the jungle. The house is new and centrally located. Everything is within 1-10 minutes walk. From the beach, bakery, small cinema, supermarket, restaurants there is everything. In the evening you can relax and enjoy the nature or go swimming in the illuminated pool.
The space
They have a fully equipped kitchen with a large wooden terrace and a kitchen island and living area with TV. The apartment has 2 fully equipped bathrooms and 2 rooms for 4 people. So each couple has their own bathroom. There is a nice outdoor shower so they can shower off after relaxing sunbathing by the pool. They each have a washer and dryer and separate entrances. The apartment is perfect for 1 family with children or 2 families without children.

There is one main entrance door for 2 apartments. In the hallway there is a green entrance door to your apartment.

The neighborhood is very familiar and the beach is perfect for swimming. There are no high waves and you can easily reach everything by car and still have it quiet.

What makes this property unique

We put a lot of effort into the design of the house to just add a little more Costa Rican feel and color to our home. Most of the Airbnbs you find in this area are very old and we wanted to do something special for them.
