This gorgeous condo provides stunning views, luxurious furniture, and unmatched amenities for your vacation – including access to a gym, tennis & pickleball courts, and a private beach club! Sitting high above Playas del Coco, this luxury condo is on the 3rd floor and offers TWO master suites with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean from your covered balcony that spans the length of the condo. There is both elevator and stair access to the unit.

Enter the condo and be greeted with a wall of windows facing the ocean. To the left are in-suite laundry facilities and a half bath to the right. Continue through to a dining space for four and a wonderfully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats 3. The living room has a comfortable sofa and flatscreen TV with gorgeous views. Exit through the large sliders to the expansive covered balcony with a dining table for 4 and separate seating spaces for each bedroom.

The bedrooms sit on either side of the condo, providing peace and privacy for guests. The north bedroom has a king-size bed, a massive en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub, double vanity, shower stall, and a large closet. The south bedroom also has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, shower stall, and a large closet. Both bedrooms have ocean views, direct access to the covered balcony, and separate seating areas.

When you’re ready to soak up some sun or work up a sweat, you have complimentary access to the on-site clubhouse, “The Club at Coco Bay”. This facility offers a large pool with a swim-up bar, waterfalls, a small waterslide, a lap section, and even a separate pool area for the kids! The fitness facility has a gym, a yoga pavilion, tennis & pickleball courts, lockers, and showers! A delicious restaurant, Sugoi, offers your choice of Mexican or Asian cuisine. You can also head to the Ocotal Beach Club and enjoy the use of their beautiful pool, bar & restaurant, and close proximity to the sand and gentle surf of Playa Ocotal.

Coco Bay Estates is located between Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal. Tucked off the main road, you are just a 5-minute drive to the shops and restaurants of Playas del Coco. ⁣This beautiful development has a gated entry and 24/7 security. Coco Bay Estates is a mixture of luxury homes plus four condo towers with quick access to the area’s beaches and attractions.

NOTE – Due to the steep roads & driveways in the condo section, golf carts are prohibited by the development. Our guest services representatives can help book a car rental or private driver for your stay.
Guest will be most comfortable with a rental car for their stay, which we can assist with! Golf carts are not permitted in this section of the development due to the steep terrain. It is not a property we consider walkable due to the location and steep terrain.
