Why they chose this property

This neighborhood, also distinguished as, "The West End", is growing rapidly. With residential housing popping up all over, national retailers have their eyes on this section of downtown Greenville. Retailers such as Pottery Barn and Whole Foods have chosen to invest in the development coming in the near future, where the old County Square offices once existed, and happens to be one block from this space. Needless to say, the immediate area is growing and I have all the confidence in our city planning commission. Our city models after some of the most successful growing cities in the U.S., and I'm proud to not only invest in Greenville, but also to live and raise my family. You will love the proximity this space is to parks, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, excellent dining, shopping, theatre and so much more.
