Eric was awesome! Beautiful location! Great house! Close to restaurants and grocery store. Immediately responded to all inquiries. Only question was number of people. I believe the listing said 8. However there were only enough sleeping locations for 6. I will definitely come again!

Fall Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed a few days in this beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. Location was convenient for restaurants and shopping. Great view of the lake from each porch or covered upper deck. Owner was very quick to answer any questions I asked. Highly recommend this vacation rental.

The home was perfect for a romantic getaway. The view of the lake was fabulous and we enjoyed the comfortable front porch with seating and a fire pit. The fireplace inside was wonderful and all of the seating and beds in the home were very comfortable. The screened porch of off the upstairs master suite was private and perfect for morning coffee. The bathrooms had great amenities (soaps, lotions, etc.) and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The entire home was very clean. We would definitely stay again.

We love it!

This is my second trip staying in the Plantation Rocks development. Aesthetically pleasing, quiet, and safe. Short drive to Cathedral Caverns and we love the lake view off the porch. Kids love running around outside. It really is the perfect spot for us.

Had a great weekend at River Rocks. The house is in a great location with access and a view of the lake directly across the street. The house is cozy and well maintained and decorated. Enjoyed the pool area for a quick dip and sunbathing. We also had our two dogs with us and Eric was very accommodating to our situation which made our stay even better. The dogs loved the screened in porch for relaxing. Would definitely rebook!

Never have been to Guntersville Alabama and drive 10 hours for a concert. Not expecting to have such a great time with a beautiful lake and place to stay! We smiled so big when we walked into the place and it was so nice and the family loved it. Close to everything! We rented a boat and my daughter and I actually jogged to the marina to pick it up. Then the family walked to the store and to get ice cream one evening! Definitely will be back

Great location!! The lake is beautiful! We loved the pool and the neighborhood. The furniture needs updating, the queen bed is very uncomfortable. The house needs a deep cleaning. The toilets and towels were dirty. But we cleaned them ourselves. Overall the stay went well!!

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay during a baseball tournament weekend. The boys loved the swimming pool and being able to walk across the street to fish. The A/C had some trouble keeping the upstairs cooled off but it was ok. Nice place with everything we needed.
