Used Condom, Faulty Electrical, in the Hood

In pictures this house looked beautiful. When we pulled up though, there were immediate signs that we were duped. The houses surrounding ours were boarded up and run down. When entering the house we did a quick walk through. The entire 3rd floor had no wiring electrical. No lights, no outlets that worked. A shower that was marked out of order. Then while opening doors we opened one that led to the basement. Right on the first step was a used condom, blunt wrapped and tobacco, and an empty bag of hot cheetos. Can't make that up! When i told the host her response was "That's a basement. Not where guests are supposed to be." 1) If that's the case, lock the door. 2) There shouldn't be used condoms and trash left anywhere. We also found rodent poop throughout the house. There were no tvs despite tv mounts left on walls, and remotes on tables. Last but not least the next morning when we took a shower, the light fixture below it started leaking water! All in all, a horrible stay. Would not recommend.

Wonderful Large Group Rental!

This was the perfect home for our group of 13 to stay in. There was enough space for everyone to enjoy time together and relax after long days at World of Wheels. We look forward to booking this property again next year!

INDY stay was phenomenal

My family's stay at this location was one of the best stays we've ever had. We had family in the area and there was more than enough seating for dinner and entertainment. when they came over. Those of us who stayed at the home, enjoyed the comfortable beds, more than enough bathrooms, beautiful decor, modern kitchen with everything you will need to include cleaning supplies. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at your home. We will definitely be staying here again with our family of 12. Beautiful experience and great central location to all of our activities.

Family Friendly including our Dogs!!!

We stayed for New Years Eve. All of us! Our host allowed my immediate family and their to dogs come!! We all had a wonderful time. The place was very modern and beautiful. For an overnight we had everything we needed. Big tables for game night, and plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep comfortably. My nephew lives close so we may be back for another weekend visit sometime. Very memorable event! Thanks Captain O.
