4BR/3BA private house downtown. Huge master, spacious living room with sleeper sofa and 65" TV. Charming home in cozy historic & safe neighborhood in Herron Morton section of Indy. Short walk to numerous boutique restaurants, breweries, and more! Short ride to downtown, Mass Ave, Broad Ripple, and Canal. Located 2.9 miles from Lucas Oil Stadium, 2.5 to Convention Center, 2.2 miles to Bankers Life Fieldhouse, 3.1 miles from State Fairgrounds. The convenience of being downtown with an "at-home" feel.

Guest access
This is a private home with a private backyard. You will have full access to every space on the property. There are no shared walls or shared space. Typically very quiet neighborhood.

Located close to grocery stores and 24-hour drugstores if anything is needed or forgotten. Located within walking distance to fast food and boutique style restaurants and a brewery.

2 Car Garage is available as an option, for parking, for a daily rate paid separately. When possible we also will offer early check in and late checkout for a small fee.

Started out life as an Electrical Engineer but quickly recognized my entrepreneurial tendencies, and ultimately explored real estate which I had always had an interest in. s such I have been in real estate most of my professional life in many capacities. It started out as a hobby, then became a second "job", then an investment opportunity. I like Real estate nd have always enjoyed the short term rental business, now for close to 20 years.

I have a family and a number of children and grand children. We live throughout the USA, mostly on the east coast. We enjoy sports as a family and look forward to our family gatherings. We aren't unlike most of you, we are doing life the best we can.

This property is located right on one of the main streets in Indy, and has easy access to all the popular things in Indy. There are multiple restaurants and breweries literally one block away. Safe, convenient, spacious. Live like you always dreamed. This is considered a very desirable, upscale area of Indy, with many large, beautiful homes.

What makes this property unique

This home is located in the Herron Morton section of Indy, where there are many large luxurious homes and high level living. The location puts you near everything in Indianapolis and the creature comforts of your stay....well nothing has been spared. This property is well laid out for families and groups of all sizes, near some very popular social settings. With the home having just been renovated, everything is fresh and clean and new. Better than home!
