The house was beautiful and there was so much room. 6 bedrooms was the perfect amount for our family. The grandkids loved the game room, especially bubble hockey. We even did sledding with them in the back hill. Everything was so clean. If we had any questions they were answered immediately. Great place would go again

Fabulous house

The house is absolutely beautiful. It is decorated impeccably. The property owner was so easy to work with, and very responsive. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat. All of the little touches, amenities and space made for a perfect weekend with multiple families.

Winter getsway

We met up with family during winter break. This rental was perfect for adults and kids. Beautiful home, everything was new, nothing worn out, and beds were very comfortable. The location was very close to town and ski resort. Also, a backyard where the kids were able to play in the snow. Definitely a nice home to rent.

Beautiful home

We had a group of 10 ranging in ages from 53 to 67, that came up to go skiing at Holiday Valley. The house is beautiful, very clean, and close to everything. Our only issue was parking, we had five cars and could only utilize the right side of the driveway, which made parking very tight. Overall great house, great time.

Holiday Family Gathering

We had a large group and wide age range before and over the New Years Holiday. The property was fantastic! We loved the new clean feel of the home and the location was perfect. We all enjoyed walks to town and a wonderful day on the nearby ski slopes at Holiday Valley. Stephanie was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. We hope to come back again soon!

Beautiful Property

The home and property was beautiful, especially with the 18 inches of snow we got! My kids enjoyed the pool table and ping pong, and the owners were gracious to allow us to enter a little early (our drive was shorter than expected). When we come back to Ellicottville, I would love to stay here again. :)

Family Reunion

Apres Way was a great property for our recent trip to Ellicottville for our family reunions. This property was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Most of our days were filled with visiting aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. but we were able to enjoy the house for several family dinners and spent our evenings watching the summer Olympics. I highly recommend this property for families visiting the Ellicottville area.

More than Expected

The house had a wonderful amount of space (the pictures are nice but there is a lot more room than expected), storage, and room to hang out inside and outside. Location was key - park across the way and a short walk to the downtown. The basement seems to be almost done but wish there was a TV down there -- it was nice to have space further away from the bedroom since we had littles sleeping upstairs. Our group will be back!

Husband’s Bday ski trip!

This home & location was perfect for our group gathering to celebrate my husband’s 40th Bday with family and friends! The house is beautiful, new, spacious, and very clean! So nice to have 6 large bedrooms for guests! We walked every night to dinner/town which was about a 15 minute walk- very convenient (& might I add this town is so adorable & fun!!) Our hosts were very attentive to us and our needs. If we were to visit again (especially with a larger group), we would highly consider also renting the upper unit apartment which is over the garage in order to have the entire house and driveway to ourselves. Thank you for the BEST weekend- everyone had a blast! :)

I have always loved Ellicottville! I skied most of life and love all that it has to offer. My husband also loves to ski and golf. The golf course is fun and challenging at the same time. I think you’ll love this area as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Location is everything!!! Walking distance to town and to all the shops, bars & restaurants is what I enjoy most about this neighborhood! Across the street you'll find a playground, tennis & basketball courts, skate park and nature walk. All great for families. The view of the mountains and slopes on the back patio is spectacular!

What makes this property unique

Our property is new and very spacious! We have a large living area and finished rec room in the basement! There is always plenty of space and a great time with friends and family !
