House was great, and hosts responsive to any questions we had. Beds were super comfy, and plenty of parking. If hosting a large group you may want to check to see if they have enough coffee cups and Tupperware type containers (or bring your own). Those are the only items that were in short supply. Would def stay here again!

This home was our family’s favorite vacation home we have ever stayed in. Everyone loved it. Plenty of room for everyone (even for our extended family), king sized beds for all. Teenagers loved the ping pong table and theater room, little kids loved the backyard and pool, adults loved the hot tub and large dining space. This home made our entire trip to Kanab. Highly recommended.

The perfect house for large families with people of all ages. The house was immaculate, beautifully furnished and well equipped. The laundry setup was excellent, especially for pool towels and bathing suits. The grandkids loved the pool and outdoor playground (as did the adults), plus the play rooms inside. Conveniently located to everything in Kanab as well as Bryce and Zion NPs plus the innumerable hiking options close by. This place is a 5 Star Plus.

A gem in Southern Utah

It was an excellent house that fit all of our needs.The pool and hot tub were a hit as was the play area with trampoline. Game rooms and theater room were a hit. There were several gathering spaces which were great. There were a few minor maintenance problems but overall our family of 26 loved it.

Family Vacation & Adventure

We booked our first family vacation with 12 adults to Kanab, UT. The stay was beautiful and in within 1 to 2 hour proximity to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, and the Grand Canyon. Our families were comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the use of the property amenities. Plenty of space in the main living room and basement. Would reccomend to families looking for the perfect get away vacation spot.

Beautiful property!

We had a large group of all ages and this house was absolutely perfect. There is so much to see and do in Kanab but we could have stayed at the house the entire time and been perfectly entertained. The kids loved playing in the backyard and the playroom upstairs.The adults enjoyed the jacuzzi, large kitchen, ping pong/pool, etc. I would highly recommend staying here and we’ll definitely be back.

Perfect getaway house

We stayed here for a big family getaway and it was perfect!! The house had so many fun activities for everyone/all ages! It was so well stocked with everything we needed! It was close to all the hiking and other things we wanted to do!! But the house was so fun, we just wanted to stay there and hang out! Everyone asked if we could go back to this house next year! We loved it!
