We will be back! I couldn’t have asked for a better home for my family to gather. From pickleball to movie nights, it was absolute perfection. The owners put so much thought and detail into making this house feel like a home. We had the most amazing trip and we can’t wait to visit again soon.

The property was beautiful. We had a great time on the pickleball court, basketball court and inground trampoline. Each member of our family had their own room and plenty of space to spread out. Kanab is a nice small town, but was very quiet when we were there in the middle of July. It's proximity to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Grand Cayon, Sand Caves, and Coral Pink Sand Dunes, made it a perfect home base for all of those adventures.

Amazing property, has everything you could need. Plenty of activities for the family to enjoy together, location is convenient and hasBeautiful views. Super clean - staying here was definitely a highlight of our trip! I loved having my coffee on the swing and enjoying the views everyday! Would highly recommend!

This place is wonderful for families! The kids had endless options for activities. It was well stocked with anything and everything we could need. The host was VERY responsive with any questions or concerns. We highly recommend this place and would gladly go back.

This is a fantastic location. Beautiful views, easy access to national parks and so much to do locally. Truly something for everyone. Blackhawk cabin is an exceptional home-the host truly has thought of everything a family might want or need. The floor plan is perfect for multi generational families. Spotlessly clean, very responsive, could not be better. This property was at the extreme top of my budget, but I am so glad I went for it-it’s a fantastic value and I would stay here again any time.

Excellent house

The property was perfect for our group. Plenty of beds and linens for everyone. The house is beautifully decorated and the owners were so friendly and nice. Communication was prompt and the outdoor entertainment was so fun. The only we would have changed was the weather!

This property was spacious, clean, and absolutely stunning. It was fully stocked with everything you could imagine—they truly had everything covered. Everything was well maintained and comfortable, making our stay incredibly enjoyable. The outdoor amenities, including the hot tub and pickleball court, were a huge highlight and were thoroughly enjoyed by our group. The host was very helpful and responsive, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Kanab is an ideal location to explore sites within the city, and Zion National Park was just a short drive away, allowing us to easily explore multiple places. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family and would absolutely book it again should I be back in the area.

My family and I stayed at this property at the end of June for five nights while visiting national parks in the area. The house was beautiful, very clean, had everything we wanted and more, including several very useful small appliances. All appliances were quality appliances and in great working order (something I rarely see in rentals), the beds and furniture were comfortable and the property provided many outdoor activity options. Our group of eight had six adults and two teenage boys who spent the majority of the time while at the house playing in the yard with the provided items, especially enjoying the pickleball court and corn hole boards. We prepared pretty much every meal at the house and had all of the cooking equipment we needed. Communication with the property management team was easy and they checked in on us towards the beginning of our trip to ensure that we had everything we needed, and everything was going smoothly. A big plus was having plenty of condiments and seasonings available to us at the home when we arrived. I would recommend this house to anybody wanting to stay in the area. It was amazing and I would 100% stay here again.
