We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The host was friendly, responsive, and great with communication, which made everything easy and stress-free. We really appreciated being able to extend our stay by one additional night. The 11 a.m. checkout was a nice bonus compared to the earlier times many places now have. The location was also excellent—set in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood with great walking paths. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The host was very welcoming and this was our favorite place we stayed out of all the other 8 during this 27 day "dog vacation!" This brand new home was beautiful and so comfortable . We especially enjoyed the hot tub and Beau our dog loved playing soccer with his basketball in the backyard. We will definitely be returning to stay here in this wonderful VRBO again when our travels lead us back to Las Cruces again. We travel there quite often, so it won't be too terribly long until we book this fine place. We encourage others to stay here in this super neighborhood in this very delightful home.

This is a spacious, 3-bedroom home, in a fairly new subdivision on the west side of town. Clean and well-furnished kitchen, dining area and family room to accommodate the needs of guests staying from out-of-town. Although we didn't have time to use it, the backyard also featured a fire pit, hot tub, and cornhole game. We found this to be a very affordable alternative to staying in a hotel for our group of 5.

Beautiful home, great neighborhood, pretty views from a wonderfully-appointed and dog-riendly backyard! Super clean, tasteful decor, and wonderful house layout! Nice for the older dog and her senior parents that this great home was on just one level with no stairs to navigate. The beds were extremely comfortable, as was the couch! Loved it here. This place is probably the best property our group has ever stayed at through VRBO. The home is relatively new and in excellent condition. The only thing we could think of that would've made it better would be a swimming pool. We experienced zero issues. The residence was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The expectations from the home owner were clear and easy to understand. I would highly recommend staying here! We will be back!
