- The back yard is fully fenced and has a locked gate.
- Please understand this property is located on a busy street and therefore there is a potential for noise.
- This is a duplex home and the OUTDOOR space includes: Hot Tub, Fire Table (propane), Front and Back yard.
- All of the INDOOR living area includes both sides of a DUPLEX:

Property owner was easy to work with and seems to care about the right things. The property itself needs a little TLC. Accuracy of the listing is pretty spot on. If the location/neighborhood is an issue for you then this is probably not the property for you.
