We had a great stay at the Trifecta. Our group of 10 (plus a 9 month old) stayed there while we were in town to run in the Louisville Marathon/Half Marathon/10K. The house was very clean and Jane was very helpful. They even had a pack 'n play and a high chair for the baby. There were a lot of amenities in the house which were very useful.

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO for my 40th birthday weekend! It was our first time visiting Louisville, and the house was the perfect home base for our group of 10. The layout gave everyone plenty of space to relax, and it was comfortable, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed.The location was excellent — close enough to downtown that we could easily get to Churchill Downs and explore the city, but also a convenient drive to Bardstown for a day of distillery visits. We loved being able to come back to a cozy, spacious home after long days out.Overall, this property made our birthday weekend trip so memorable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting with a group, and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect family vacation

Long weekend well spent

We were very pleased with our overall experience. The home was clean and and comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and met our needs. We enjoyed the large dining room table. The noise of overhead planes was a bit annoying but otherwise all was well. This is a great place to stay.

Great place in Louisville for a friends vacation

My friends and I recently visited this location and had a great time. The place was huge, gorgeous, in a great location and very affordable, all qualities I’ve hardly ever seen together. I appreciated all the work that was put into the decorations as well as the informational tidbits. The check-in process was also pretty easy and supplied beforehand, which was a relief since every other place I’ve stayed at recently, I’ve had to ask for the check-in information on the same day. Would definitely visit again!

Absolutely Perfect

Fabulous property and location! Our host Jane was wonderful and quickly responded to any questions we had. The house is beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. We chose this property for our annual ladies getaway and it did not disappoint. Also, the street parking was never a problem, we never had any trouble getting a spot to park close to the house. I highly recommend booking for a memorable stay!

This home is everything! The owner is awesome. So very helpful. We were left nice treats and bottled water. Very responsive. The house is so roomy. Beautifully decorated house and true to the website description. Several places to go within walking distance. A/C worked well, and comfortable beds. Large dining room for all 10 of us. Issues with gas grill on arrival were resolved quickly. Back patio and chairs needed to be hosed down and area sprayed for mosquitoes. Bottle torches full of water- could not light. Oven needed cleaning. Overall, a great place to stay!!

We loved our stay here! The home itself is a perfect blend of historical but updated...like there is a story around every corner. Plenty of room for four couples. I've stayed at a lot of VRBOs but never one as stocked as this one with coffee and snacks. The house was immaculate, the host was extremely communicative and very accommodating. The location was great for Bourbon Fest and visiting distilleries and downtown Louisville. Easy street parking and a quiet neighborhood. Don't hesitate...book it!

Wonderful Stay!

This property offers a fantastic location, close to all the local distilleries, making it perfect for exploring the area. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained.
