Two couples in for a bourbon weekend, and the Bungalow was absolutely perfect. There was so much space for the four f us and we really enjoyed relaxing n the balcony and people watching before dinner. Would highly recommend this spot.

Dana’s place was just as beautiful as is seen in the photos. It was stocked with everything that was needed. We drove places and used Uber and everywhere was close and easy to get to. Dana was extremely responsive in communications. We will be recommending this place to our friends.

Amazing property

My wife and I recently rented this awesome unit. The place looked even better in person and the location is perfect for walking to nearby restaurants and nightlife. Grocery store is only 1 block away also. Place was very spacious and decorated really nice throughout. We loved hanging out on the balcony which overlooks Bardstown road. The host (Dana) was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely rent this spot again during our next visit to Louisville.

Cleaner than hoped for, nicer than expected. The location is convenient. The neighborhood is very 'festive' and right outside the apartment. If you want food, nightlife and an active vibe, this location is perfect. Coffee, bourbon, food, no matter which direction you walk, it's right there. Apartment is very quiet inside, the street life outside, not so much, Bardstown Road is a hopping drag.

Just a wonderful stay

The property was exactly as advertised and shown in the pictures. The true 2 bedroom 2 bath loft property was on the second floor of a two story building. At the front of the loft was a balcony with chairs and a table. The property was in the middle of Northern Bardstown area. There were restaurants and local bars and coffee shops everywhere. The property was in a busy area on the outside but was very tranquil inside. The amenities were new and many, including great AC and laundry. Our host, Dana, was very communicative and helpful throughout. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Highly recommend and would definitely go back!The loft was an amazing find, as spacious as advertised and truly comfortable. If your stay involves cooking for a small group of friends or family, which was the point of our stay, the kitchen is perfect. It is spotless and well stocked with equipment. Plenty of counter and island space for food prep or for people to gather around. This is a very versatile space and clearly much thought has gone into preparing it. Families, business travelers and people in town for Derby would all enjoy it. The host, Dana, was easy to communicate with throughout the experience, and she reached out afterwards because we had lost an item. We'll have great memories from this stay!

Awesome place, awesome location!

This was our first time to Louisville and was just guessing on where to stay. It was a great guess as this place was absolutely awesome! So well furnished and stocked with everything you could ever want. Exactly as pictured. We loved sitting out on the balcony (one of the only on the whole street) and watching the eclectic mix of folks walk the neighborhood lined with restaurants and boutiques. Private parking in back was great. Bedrooms are towards the back of the unit too, away from the noise of the street. Many thoughtful touches like snacks and plenty of paper goods supplied. Dana was a great host with timely communication. Just stay here, you won’t regret it.
