It’s set back from the street behind a clothes store and is accessed from the side via a path and ramp. Once inside, you’re in for a treat as the apartment has been recently remodeled throughout

THE KITCHEN
It’s the first place you’ll see as you enter through the side entrance, and it’s ready to help you bring your
homestyle cooking to Kentucky. All those essential appliances are here, along with cookware and a dishwasher to help clean up afterwards. You’ll also discover a coffee station with a Keurig and a tray of pods that should keep everyone happy.

THE LIVING ROOM
Comfort and relaxation will be the order of the day every day in this living area where you can kick back, watch TV (it has Netflix and Roku), read, and catch up on your social media activity. One of the couches is actually a sleeper sofa, creating bed space for guest number 5 if you have that many in your group.

THE 2 BEDROOMS
With a comfortable and attractive queen bed in each of the rooms, a great night’s sleep is assured whichever of the bedrooms is yours. And you’ll find space to hang and fold clothes and to store your bags after you’ve unpacked.

THE BATHROOM
It’s always a treat to get to use a new and modern bathroom that’s tiled from top to toe. You have a walk in shower to enjoy plus a vanity and plenty of space to store any toiletries you bring. Towels will be provided, so there’s no need to bring those.

PARKING
Free parking just off Bardstown? Oh yes, it’s rare but it’s here, and even better, there are up to 6 spaces available at the rear of the house, shared with whoever is renting the upper unit.

Great location

Overall a nice place with lots of things to do in the area. Local coffee shop 2 doors over with great vegan options, and the best sushi restaurant right across the street.

Love this Property!

These updated units were great! There were 6 of us (3 couples) and we had plenty of space! We loved the upstairs gathering space and the 3 bathrooms were beautiful! This is as advertised and we had more than everything we needed. I would happily stay again!
