The garage fits only sedans or medium vehicles. A driveway is available for guest use. Street parking is not allowed.
Pool & Grill Use Pool not HEATED. Spa heating is at $75 per night, should be for the entire stay. Must be paid 3 days prior to arrival.
A BBQ grill is available. Grates are brushed between guests, but not deep-cleaned.
If the grill brush is missing, you may purchase one and we will reimburse you — or contact us and we’ll deliver one to you during reasonable hours.
Check-Out Guidelines
If you received a physical key, please return it to the lockbox.
Set the A/C to 80°F upon check-out. This is a preventative measure advised by HVAC professionals to avoid damage or outages — particularly during winter months (Dec–Feb).
During Your Stay If something is not to your satisfaction, please let us know on the day of check-in so we can resolve it promptly.
While we strive to prevent issues, things like power outages, HVAC problems, or water heater malfunctions may occasionally occur. In such cases:

Refunds or discounts are not offered if the issue is resolved within this timeframe.

- Before your booking begins, you`ll need to verify your details through Know Your Guest / Truvi. You`ll also have the option to choose between paying a refundable security deposit or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver. We recommend choosing the damage waiver as it provides protection in case of accidental damage during your stay.

- We cannot accept deliveries on your behalf as we lack mailbox or secure receiving facilities. To ensure your items arrive safely and on time, please have them sent to your home address.
- NO smoking on the premises.
- Please do not throw any solid food or oil in the sink to avoid clogging.
- Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch on booking platforms where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.
- Kindly note that the garage can only accommodate sedan or medium-sized vehicles. However, we have the convenience of a driveway available for your use. Street parking, unfortunately, is not permitted. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for your understanding.

- This house may have a BBQ grill, and the cleaners brush the grate/coils of the grill. However, it is not deep cleaned for every arriving guest. If you plan to use the grill, please use the provided brush. If it`s missing, kindly purchase one from the store, and we will reimburse you. Alternatively, please message us, and we will deliver one.

- PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees. - HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit If your stay is from December to February. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.
- Please keep in mind if something is not to your satisfaction, please let us know upon the day you check in. We will make sure to make it right. We cannot control acts of nature and occasional things breaking or needing service such as HVAC, water heater, power going out, etc, but we do promise that we will act on it immediately and find a resolution within 24 hours of your notice. That being said, we do not offer any discounts or refunds if these things happen and if they are fixed within that time frame.
- Please treat this home as if it were your own. We don`t want you to work on your vacation, so we don`t have any mandatory check out procedure. We just simply ask If you could pick up after yourselves and leave the house in good shape. We would appreciate it.

I would not recommend this location! The BBQ and oven didn't work, which affected meal preparation. There weren't enough utensils, or any dish towels (I had to go out to purchase both). When we checked in, the bath towels smelled clean in the cupboard but were still damp. There were many other issues but I don't have the space here to list them all.
As an experienced renter with VRBO who has consistently given 5 star reviews, I highly recommend you avoid renting this property or others Arizona Getaway Rentals manages unless you are the type that enjoys being lied to, a home that smells of garbage, toilets that do not flush, showers that do not work, sink drains that do not drain, and a management company that could care less (Arizona Getaway Rentals). Upon arrival, the home smelled due to 8 full bags of garbage. This left adjacent rooms unbearable to be in. Later the first evening, we attempted to flush the toilets and noticed the tanks were not refilling. We also had the fun surprise of not being being able to take a shower due to the ice cold water barely dripping out of the shower heads. I immediately contacted Arizona Getaway Rentals via phone and their chat feature to request help. Arizona Getaway Rentals notified me that they would send a plumber out to the home to fix the issue. After a plumber visited the home, I was told that the issue was an issue with the city. This was a lie as I called the City of Phoenix Water Dept. and they denied any water supply issues during of our stay. The water was not functional for 2.5 days of 5 days, and we also had the smell of rotten garbage in the home, I requested a partial refund given our inability to flush toilets, shower, and wash our hands in this rental - absolute basic needs. This request was ignored.
