High ceilings, skylights in the Master BR and upstairs hallway, central air conditioning and heating, gigabit internet and a large, well-stocked kitchen and dining room with new appliances await your holiday! Each bedroom includes its own full bathroom and TV so there are totally 3 bathrooms with shower or tub (or both) and each with its own TV as well. Our front room has a brand new leather sofa and overstuffed comfy chair. 1 inflatable Queen mattress pad with Tempurpedic topper pads provide additional sleeping options. Upstairs Master is a California King with a brand new bath tub and new shower tile. Upstairs Guest Bedroom features 3 beds (including 1 Bunk bed with a twin and a full) and 1 large twin bed. All have new mattresses which are extremely comfortable. Upstairs Guest Bedroom also includes its own private attached bathroom with new full bath tub and shower. Roof deck has a table and several chairs and can seat 8-10 comfortably. The roof patio is one of the best spots for sunset watching at the end of your day. Our home comes included with a private dock as well. Home is officially licensed by Newport Beach (business license number BT20060905 Short-term Lodging Permit number: SLP10135) and is professionally managed and professionally cleaned with disinfectants before and after each Stay. Price includes 10 percent Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT). Check-in time is 4pm unless early-check in is mutually discussed and agreed beforehand, thank you!

The property is better than advertised. The location is really great, just a few minute walk to everything. Property was very clean, plenty of space and had everything we needed. Our host Greg is really good to work with, easy to communicate with helpful thought out. I do recommend this property!

We had a comfortable stay in an amazing location. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and we were easily able to enjoy all of the holiday festivities within a short walk from the house.
We had a wonderful weekend stay as a family. We loved walking around the island, shopping, and getting an amazing cinnamon roll from the local bakery. Our family would definitely stay again.
Greg was a fantastic host and his home was perfect for our family. Plenty of room to spread out and centrally located to make walks and access super easy! The rooftop deck and backyard patio on the canal were just bonuses.

With large skylights in the Master Bedroom and upstairs hallway, comfortable dining area, roof deck, private dock with a small beach area, and a living room and patio alongside the water, we knew this was the property on the Island that we wanted to own.
