Home has modern appliances, new bbq, washer and dryer, as well as cookware, dinnerware, linens two bath tubs and a patio with fire pit in the front of the Home. Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have bath tubs. Master BR has private patio with great views of the water.Beds are very comfortable and outdoor patio is great for breakfast next to the water. In the Garage we have an EV charger as well. 3 full bedrooms with attached full bathrooms. WiFi speeds of up 1 Gigabit in most of the Home. Lots of sunlight and amenities including kayaks and 2 bikes. Beach wagon, beach towels, and chairs if desired. Ground floor bedroom is easily accessible for elderly persons.
Large garage provides easy parking.
Private dock, roof patio and water access provides additional serenity and quiet. Sunrise, moon rise and sunset views!
Whole house. (Please note: there is one back unit above the garage that has a separate entrance and one long-term lease tenant).

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were in town for a family wedding and Balboa Island is a great to stay. We were right on the canal. The main street, and Island were very walkable! Greg and his dad were amazing hosts! The house had tons of room, everything we needed! Would highly recommend!
Loved everything about the overall stay here. Relaxing, beautiful, and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Property manager top notch, all communication was timely.
The property is better than advertised. The location is really great, just a few minute walk to everything. Property was very clean, plenty of space and had everything we needed. Our host Greg is really good to work with, easy to communicate with helpful thought out. I do recommend this property!
We rented this house for our spring break. The location can be beat right on Gran Canal and close to Marine Avenue. Communication and check-in was fantastic throughout the whole stay!
We had a wonderful weekend stay as a family. We loved walking around the island, shopping, and getting an amazing cinnamon roll from the local bakery. Our family would definitely stay again.
We had a comfortable stay in an amazing location. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and we were easily able to enjoy all of the holiday festivities within a short walk from the house.

Our family LOVES Southern California, and all the great things to do here! We have owned this home for over 20 years, and it has been passed from one generation to the next. Balboa Island is a very special place and we are sure you will enjoy it!
What makes this property unique
With large skylights in the Master Bedroom and upstairs hallway, comfortable dining area, roof deck, private dock with a small beach area, and a living room and patio alongside the water, we knew this was the property on the Island that we wanted to own. Superb location with lots of morning sunshine in the bedrooms and a short walk to the downtown and harbor and beach areas as well.
