Welcome to Magic Isle Retreat, an 8-bedroom, 6-bathroom luxury villa located in the gated community of Windsor Island. Perfect for large families or groups, this home comfortably sleeps up to 18 guests and offers a blend of comfort, fun, and style.

Relax outdoors with sun loungers and outdoor patio furniture or take a dip in your private screened-in pool complete with a child safety pool fence.

Inside, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, a dishwasher, and a French door refrigerator. The breakfast island and formal dining area provide plenty of space for family meals.

For entertainment, the villa has a dedicated Game Room themed around LEGO Movie, featuring 2 desk arcades, foosball, and air hockey. There’s also a second-floor Disney-themed arcade desk for extra fun.

The villa also includes a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, as well as hair dryers, an iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.

We do not offer a BBQ grill for guests. If you wish for the contact of a rental company, please reach out.

Take before pics

I wasn't going to leave a review. But, be warned this place was not clean when we arrived. The pool was a murky green and hair in the bottom by the filter. A twin bed was broken and my daughter fell through it.

The house was very spacious and the pool/hot tub were warm and clean - the pool heat was working well. There are areas of the house that have some wear and tear but it did not bother us much because we traveled with a group of kids and it didn't really have an impact on our stay. The only issue that we had is the lack of basic items - there were 2 full size cupboards full of glass wine glasses. And all the rest of the cups were glass. We had to go buy plastic cups because glass is not safe for the pool area. There were very few towels (both bath towels and pool towels) and there were no "left behind" items that we typically see when we have rented multiple times in the same gated community. I would also note that the some of the furniture is not very kid-friendly - glass table tops in the living room and the coffee table has glass legs. Overall, the important aspects of the house were suitable for our needs (the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and the pool functionality).
