Come relax and enjoy this inviting one bedroom beach condo with an OCEAN FRONT view in North Myrtle Beach!! Located close enough to all attractions, restaurants, and entertainment that North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach have to offer, yet just far enough out to enjoy some peace and serenity by the ocean. You could go to the aquarium, a museum, catch a show, have dinner and listen to live music, go golfing at one of the many golf courses, or take a boat tour…. The options are endless. Or you can enjoy a peaceful getaway and relax, take a walk on the beach, kick back on the balcony, take in the beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the water while listening to the waves…. Here we have a great balance! There is something for everyone from fun to be had around town to a quiet retreat - you choose!

This unit is located on the 3rd floor which houses the best views. There is no elevator at this property, only stairs. The stairs are a shorter rise so easy to climb.

We are Cindy and Brian Graves. North Myrtle Beach is our home away from home and provides us with our favorite things to do. Independently, Cindy loves the beach/ocean and Brian loves to golf; together we enjoy going out for dinner, catching a show or listening to live music, and ending our night relaxing on our balcony. We hope you enjoy staying in our home and treat it as if it were our own.

Why they chose this property

Being oceanfront, it is quiet and relaxing. We enjoy sitting on the balcony, watching the sunrise or listening to the waves at night. We're also close to Barefoot Landing where there are many restaurants and lots of entertainment to be had.

What makes this property unique

This unit is OCEANFRONT with beach access and overlooks the private pier. Typically the rental allows for access to the private pier but unfortunately, it is closed at this time due to damage from a hurricane. Sea Cabin has a grilling area, large swimming pool, and outside shower for community use.
