This place is perfect if you want to go to the bay as you are right next to Tavernier Creek which it has a gas station for boats and a great restaurant.

Why they chose this property

This is a great neighborhood, very clean and quiet. Walking distance to Circle K, Dairy Queen and many more restaurants. 15-20 minute boat ride to Rodriguez Key and Tiki bar, and many other restaurants by boat. Boat ramp down the street at Harry Harries Park. Five minute drive to grocery stores, hospitals and pharmacy.
