Nice location for visiting multiple areas of St. Louis. Host was easy to work with and the price was reasonable for the accomodations.

Good for a short stay in the city. If you were a larger group one of the mattresses was very warn, but other beds all fine. Water & popcorn provided was greatly appreciated after a long journey. Good communication from the host.

Apartment was nice. Queen bed was comfortable to me as I prefer a firmer mattress. Location was good and very close to The Loop and Wash U and communication with host was great. This is a great place to stay if it is just you and your family. With that being said if you are coming to visit your child at Wash U and just wanted to get a pizza and catch up for a bit at a dining room table this might not be the place for you. Our son was not allowed on the premise as he was not staying there so we had to constantly meet him somewhere. If we come to the Loop area again after he graduates we would for sure stay here again.

Ok stay

Our stay in St. Louis was fun however the queen bed was very uncomfortable and would slide from the wall when we moved. It said no pets but there was a dog bed in the dining room. It said it had a hot tub there wasn’t one. The bread toaster wasn’t very clean when we arrived it still had bread crumbs on it. All in all our stay wasn’t horrible but could have been a little better.

We have no pets policy. To comply with American with disabilities guidelines we have to accomdate service animals. The dog bed is provided in case of such a need. We have had one guest with a service animal. We feature and advertise a large clawfoot soaker size bathtub. It is wonderful for a hot bubble bath. It never was presented as a hot tub. We encourage all our guests to contact us with any concerns during their stay. We are available and responsive. We strive to make the stay better which is always our goal.

This guest booked for 1 ,after repeated inquiries with his assurances it was just him, he brought 7. Upscale exterior video documnted the misrepresentation in the booking. The clear violation was presented to the booker and now several other unauthorized guests. Due compensation was requested for accomodating the other 6 guests. No one was asked to leave. We encourage all our guests to be "up- front" and honest in the reservation booking. Upscale will try to accommodate based on the listing guidelines as much as possible. Our best effort with this guest seems not to have been enough for him.
