THE BEACH HOUSE ~ Sirenia Cove is located between 2 beaches right on the waterfront, directly beside our other luxury 4 bedroom property Sirenia Beach House. The deep water canal is at your backdoor to enjoy fishing on the large dock or boating to a deserted island. Our property hosts a large dock with direct access to Bimini Bay & the Gulf of Mexico.

THE EXTERIOR ~ Skip the beach altogether and rejuvenate in the private resort style backyard complete with hot tub, heated pool, backyard beach, outdoor bar, Flat Screen TV, plush outdoor furnishings on both the large pool terrace and upper screened in lanai, hammock and more. Sun tanners will love the beach area where loungers get full sun all day!

Although fishing and boating are the best way to enjoy Sirenia Cove we also have an easy kayak launch getting you onto Bimini Bay for water sports and enjoyment of Florida wildlife. Outside is where you should be living so we offer plush seating areas reminiscent of luxury resorts. Our outdoor dining table for 6 and 5 more at the bar area, al fresco poolside, is perfect to relax on while you watch the big game on the large flat screen. We also have a ping-pong table and dart board to keep the kid in you busy!

THE INTERIOR ~ Inside you'll find the beach house resplendent with comfy beach house style furniture in the living room to curl up in while you watch your flat screen TV with Netflix or share in conversation with music in the background. Claim some alone time in the upstairs loft for some quiet time with a book or catching up on your e-mails. Stay connected with friends and family via free phone calls to the U.S./Canada or on free high-speed wireless internet.

The upstairs Crow's nest is a sailor’s delight with a ladder to climb, you can steer your ship from the working captain’s wheel while chilling out with your friends.

The bright full-size kitchen can meet the needs of a large group with tons of cookware and stainless steel appliances ready to respond to your inner foodie. We offer both gas and charcoal Weber B.B.Q. grills to help cook up delicious outdoor meals.

THE BEACH ~ You can take an easy one block stroll to both the Gulf and the Bay Beaches, Ice Cream Shop or take our beach wagon and fill it with our complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and more or head to the Gulf Beach just 3 1/2 blocks away.

THE EXTRA LUXURIES ~ We offer extra luxuries that most rentals don't, such as large fluffy beach towels, beach cart, cooler, beach chairs, a fully equipped kitchen and more. We have dish liquid soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, garbage bags, hotel size hand soap, hotel size shampoo/conditioner for our guests.

Two BBQ grills, gas or charcoal is a definite bonus, as is the outdoor TV.

Have you got a big group? We offer 2 sets of full size refrigerators and washer/dryer units. Lots of sun loungers poolside.

We can recommend concierge service for grocery stocking, catering, etc... with our trusted local vendors.

Free access to the Anna Maria Community Centre to keep up your fitness regime. We offer the above and more. Just pack your bathing suit and let us do the rest!

Note: Boats, bikes and kayaks are available for rent for an additional fee through our trusted local vendors.

EXTERIOR CAMERA
For the security of the property and our guests we have an exterior camera on the home to monitor over-occupancy and maintenance teams.

Note: We have a cancellation policy that is as follows, you are renting from us and not this advertising platform, no other policy applies other than the rental contract you will sign upon requesting a booking. If you have further questions about policies send us an inquiry and we will forward you the full terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY
 
In the event of cancellation, deposit refunds are as follows:
75% refund of deposit, if canceled 120 days prior to the guest Check-in Date 
40% refund of deposit, if canceled 90 days prior to the guest Check-in Date
There is no refund less than 90 days prior to the guest Check-in Date
*Additional banking fees may be charged for cancellations that are more than 120 Days prior to Check-in Date, depending on the method of payment

EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES POLICY

Not covered include transportation disruptions and cancellations; travel advisories and restrictions; health advisories and quarantines; changes to applicable law; and other government mandates—like evacuation orders, border closures, proclamation of conflicts, prohibitions on short-term rentals, and shelter-in-place requirements. The AMI Home Rental cancellation policy will apply as usual.
