Awesome Condo

Loved our month stay at the condo. Very well equipped, tastefully decorated, magnificent view, great location for restaurants, grocery shopping, busing, 20 minute walk to the Malecon. Would most definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at this new property. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. We had a couple of issues that were dealt with very promptly. We would recommend this property.

Great condo

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The condo itself was clean with a well equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Very lovely rooftop pool. We did have a small issue in the apartment, but the host's local representative was very responsive and had it fixed quickly The location is great with lots of restaurants. About a 6 block walk to the bus if you want to go to the marina or downtown, and another couple blocks to the beach. I would definitely consider staying there again next time I'm in Puerto Vallarta.

So much attention to detail, what a great experience, rent with confidence!

What a wonderful experience it was to stay at this property. So much attention to detail! Beautifully furniture and decoration. All the amenities you could need to make your home away from home are here. From the decor, and the comforting high-quality beds to the towels and showers. Hot/cold water runs smoothly as it should. Fully equipped kitchen. It has great private parking with access only to tenants and renters. Location of the complex is also wonderful. One of the best areas of PV. Close to everything, from Costco to downtown and quick access to main roads that will take you anywhere. Sitting on the balcony to enjoy the views of the mountains and the bay with a cup of coffee was such a treat. Communication with the property manager AND WITH OWNER was wonderful. Prompt to respond to any inquiries and/or concerns. Rent with confidence knowing that you will be in good hands. We will for sure look back on availability on this property the next time we plan to visit PV.

Nous avons occupé ce bel appartement entre le 20 et le 28 décembre 2025. Nous étions 4 adultes et deux enfants (6 et 11 ans). Il s’agit d’un très bel immeuble bien situé, à proximité des principaux services et d’une belle plage. Le condo est moderne, propre bien équipé en électroménagers. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine sur le toit de l’édifice et la vue que procure cette terrasse sur les montagnes et la mer. L’hôte est très à l’écoute de nos besoins et d’une grande gentillesse. Nous recommandons cette endroit sans hésitation.Pierre et Pierrette
