This property was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed using the outdoor space and appreciated it being enclosed for our young children. And we were just a short walk to the pool. It was a good option for us too because it isn’t easy to find a house near the beach with the main living and kitchen areas on the ground level, and we needed that for one of our family members who cannot use stairs. The communication was superb! Always accommodating and responsive

It's wonderful to know the home worked so well for your family, especially with the enclosed outdoor space giving you peace of mind with young kids around. Glad the ground-level layout made things easier for everyone in your group, and that the short walk to the pool was a nice bonus. Thank you for the kind words about communication; we're happy the team was there when you needed them. We hope to host you again in the future.

Pool needs a railing. The slanted surface to enter the pool is very hard on the feet. The patio area is in need of a substantial upgrade. The beach access is 4/10 of a mile on a very busy street - - not a few blocks as stated. Additionally it is public access no easy walk with young children.

Loved the location as it was walking distance to some of the shops and just a few blocks from the beach. The house had everything we needed for staying in and making meals and the teens we traveled with made use of the game room. Overall, I would recommend this house and would stay here again.

Great for family

We enjoyed our stay. We had our extended family share the home and we had plenty of space. The kids loved the upstairs game room. We appreciated that each room had their own bathroom. The walk or golf cart ride to the beach was a couple of minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. It was great having a bathroom in each bedroom. The home was definitely well equipped with everything needed. We only had an issue with the fenced in yard not being secure. Apparently the fence was broken in several areas which limited my dogs enjoyment of the yard. This was actually the main reason for booking this property.Another issue was the amount of dog waste left behind by previous renters and also the amount of cigarette butts throughout the yard.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're glad to hear the home itself worked well for your group, especially having an ensuite bathroom for each bedroom and a kitchen that felt well-equipped. That said, we sincerely apologize that the fenced yard wasn't fully secure and that the condition of the outdoor space fell short — especially given it was a key reason you booked the property. Your notes have been shared with our team to ensure these issues are properly addressed. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and would welcome the chance to host you and your pup again for a better experience next time.

Such a great and cleanly place!

This was an excellent place to stay with a big group of people. Super close to the beach, minutes from a gas station and tourist store, and the pool and patio area were great to have as well. The only thing I would say was that the fire alarm would go off every time we’d use the oven so we’d have to open the doors. Other than that, super clean, great communication with property manager, and house had everything we needed!

610 Gulf Village Dr.

The property is small but nicely decorated with plenty of seating for our group of 9 people. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was especially nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. The cleaning service did not do a good job prior to our check-in. We found crab claws on the coffee table and floor and general dirt on the floor. The kitchen has a mold smell. The smoker/grill are rusted out and unusable so we had to buy one that could be used. The ventilation fan in the yellow bathroom constantly leaks some kind of liquid that falls onto the toilet. The community was very crowded and a couple of times there were cars from unknown persons parked in our designated spaces.
