2004 home with 3 bedrooms + den with sofa sleeper, 2 bathrooms, and pool with mountain views. Located in the Continental Reserve neighborhood, this home will make you feel relaxed the minute you walk in the door. Well appointed and decorated. Grocery store and basic needs are close by, plus shopping and dining.
Many attractions are within 30 minutes of this home. Hiking trails are close by too.
You may heat the pool during the cooler months for a fee of $350.00 per week.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as listed. We were worried about the drive into town, but it turned out to be a non issue. Todd was immediately available when needed which we very much appreciated. We will absolutely check to see if this property is available th next time we are in town.

Family wedding weekend

My husband and I stayed with our adult kids. We were in town for a family wedding. The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. Restaurants and grocery store are nearby.

Perfect for visiting the gem shows

The house was perfect for us - 3 retired couples. No stair and room to visit, play games, watch TV and enjoy the area. Grocery stores and restaurants close by.

The back yard and pool area offered both a relaxing oasis and fun entertainment. Area supplied with ample seating and high quality lounge chairs. Best part of the property.

Todd was our host and he was very quick to respond. We had a few issues which were dealt with rapidly. Back yard is very relaxing. Kitchen was clean and well appointed. Location worked very well for us. Two grocery stores within 3 miles.
