Beautiful oceanfront three bedroom condo. Ample space to spread out and enjoy your time in paradise. Two bathrooms, including one ensuite to the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a beautiful king bed with sunrise over the ocean views. The first guest room hosts a queen bed, and the second has a full bed along with a twin bed and trundle. There is an adjacent full bath in the hallway by the guest rooms.
There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit, and a completely stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. The property also has wi-fi throughout, along with cable in the living room and master bedroom. The private balcony overlooks the private fishing pier. There is also a tennis court and pool on the grounds of the gated complex.
A maximum of one vehicle is permitted to park on the Amelia by the Sea premises. Vehicle must display a parking pass in the dashboard in order to avoid towing. Parking pass will be provided upon check-in. A second parking pass may be available based on occupancy but is not guaranteed.
*Please note beginning mid-November 2024 through Spring 2025 there will be concrete work taking place on all Amelia by the Sea balconies in accordance with the Florida Milestone Inspection Law.*
