Private basement bedroom in beautiful home near E-470 - Easy access to airport (20 min), Southlands mall (10 min) and Denver downtown (35 min) - Basement has a private bathroom and dinning/living room.

Hi there, we are so excited to have you in our beautiful house. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we enjoy our property.

Currently, my mom Lucia and brother Cesar are residing in the house. The house is spacious enough, they have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. You will have the basement, with a private bathroom, walk-in closet and living room. Please note - The laundry room is located in the basement, which other people will have access to it on a schedule basis.
