Perfect stay and place

Everything was just as described. Very nice place. Loved it. Big turf backyard was awesome. Highly recommended

Just okay!

The apartment could definitely be nicer; however the floor was not clean and the wash cloths were stained and very frayed. Because it had cement floor and a lower level it was very cold with no way to adjust thermostat. Thankfully the days were warm which helped.

Overall a nice stay

The apartment was great. Good size has a great kitchen, and can fit a good number of people. The walkway was a bit of an issue for us since we had a member with mobility issues (something important to consider if booking, especially in the winter). Iggy/Denver Dwellings were pretty accessible and even brought us salt after a bad snowstorm. Another thing to consider, though, is since it is a basement apartment, you can clearly hear if there are renters upstairs. It wasn't a huge issue, but something to consider. Overall, it's a nice place to stay for the short term.
