Family of 5 ranging from 18 months - 70 years old. This space was very nice, all of our needs were met. It was kid friendly as well. Also in a very nice neighborhood, we stumbled across a playground and pond nearby. Well stocked with basic kitchen utensils, kcups, diswasher soap, bathroom soap/shampoo/conditioner, laundry pods & dryer sheets, bedding. This place was a great home base for our Denver trip!

Perfect place to stay

Dalia was great. She was responsive to our needs and the accommodations were great. Plenty of amenities and very clean. Good big backyard for our dog to roam around. Close to the lake where we took our daily walk. Nice neighborhood with fairly direct access to downtown and the airport. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Lovely basement home

We were in Denver for the children’s hospital and this apartment was a great fit for us. It is in a safe, quiet and pretty neighborhood. It felt like home and had everything we could need. We cooked full meals in the kitchen, did laundry and enjoyed watching the Olympics on the TV while sitting on the comfy sectional. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Dalia was a friendly and responsive host. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stat

This was such a nice place it was quiet and private even though owner and kids were in house above. We never heard them they were so quiet. Loved that my cat was in driveway and not in the street. The apartment was spectacular nice little kitchen. Great shower and the bedrooms were good sized. My daughter and I shared one room and we had two friends who came in. We all meet twice a year for the gem and mineral shows and this was the best decision we made!! Close to lots of places to eat or stores. The back yard was beautiful and had squirrels to watch in am. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone needing to stay in the area.

Quiet, spacious, pet friendly

This property was all we wanted and more. Two locations for my husband and I to work away, a lovely covered deck area where we also enjoyed working outside, sun and shade spots outside for our dogs. And the perfect size backyard, complete with squirrel on the fence entertainment! The owners girls even came down and played with the dogs! The open floor plan was WAY bigger then we expected. The bedrooms were great (appreciated the many hangers) and there was clothes baskets in every room!!! The shower was big and warm with one of those square, falling rain shower heads (thumbs up!). The TV was just like home and easy to log into under our accounts. Seriously, we loved it and will be back for future stays in the area. Thank you SO much!

Perfect for us

Dalia’s rental was perfect for our stay. Very clean, comfortable and easy to work with. We were in town for a wedding and had to travel with our two dogs, one of which is a 14 yo golden retriever who can't be kenneled. Our adult son lives close to Dalia so logistically everything was convenient. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. The daylight basement was bright and cheerful. Since it was just the two of us, we had more bedrooms than needed but it worked out well to turn an extra bedroom into a dressing room. We slept in the innermost bedroom which had no windows, perfect for getting a solid night's sleep.We didn't really do any cooking but if you needed to, you might struggle with just a two-burner countertop induction unit given the limited counterspace. It's doable but perhaps cramped. I'd recommend adding a counter height table specifically for cooking on. Dalia was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We plan to stay here again the next time we visit our son.

Excellent and comfortable basement apartment

The basement apartment unit itself was wonderful, it was clean, quiet, my young children loved having the nice yard to play in. The few things that keep me from rating the property excellent was the couch in the living room, it was not comfortable to sit on, it was clearly a bit dated and the cushions slid of the couch very easily. There was also an incident with whomever lives in the actual house that honestly caused us a little concern. A broken phone was on the driveway along with a purse and liquor containers near the front porch. It was obvious someone had gone through the gate to the stairs that lead down to the basement apartment. It was unnerving but nothing resulted from it so we didn't make an issue of it. Aside from those things it was a very pleasant stay.

Great place!

This property is super clean and really nice! We were in town for a soccer tournament and preferred to rent a place rather than stay in a hotel. The owner is a great host and super responsive. The apartment is newly remodeled and is very comfortable with many amenities. I highly recommend!

Wonderful property

This property was just as it looked in the preview. Very private and comfortable. Dalia was a great host. Very prompt with replying to any contact. This rental is not great for anyone that has problems with stairs, but other than that it was a great property for us.
