Welcome to my luxury townhome. The Townhome is located in the center of Aurora Colorado near the Cherry Creek reservoir in a beautiful quiet and safe neighborhood, close to the city but has the feeling of a suburb.

This luxury townhome has a spacious living room with a high ceiling, very comfy and relaxing. Has a fireplace, a large TV, and two big sleeper sofas, a large dining area with an open kitchen that has a balcony.
The Master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, ceiling fan, TV with an attached balcony that takes you to the kitchen, walking closet and an attached large bathroom.
The second bedroom has bright large windows and a cozy Zinus mattress, It also offers a desk and chair with a nice view of the neighborhood, to do your work if you are on business.
The kitchenette has a full-sized fridge, sink, toaster oven, microwave, blender, cutting boards, coffee maker, complementary coffee, cake maker, complementary tea pot and all other kitchen related necessities.

High speed internet is very reliable and fast.

Attached garage, the main door is keyless, you will enter with the code for the keypad, no need to coordinate your schedule with me.

Pet friendly.

GUEST SERVICE: Rest assured that this home is professionally managed. We provide cleaning services, regular maintenance, wireless lock-out door service, and guest check-in and out themselves.

Wonderful Townhome near Cherry Creek State Park

My wife and I stayed at this property over Christmas to visit family, and we had a wonderful time. We stayed with our dog and this townhome was perfect for us over the holidays. The complex was nice and quiet, and the property itself was conveniently located and peaceful. The townhome was clean, comfortable and very cozy! The beds were nice and the kitchen was well equipped for our stay. Sofia was a pleasure to deal with for the reservation, check in, and check out process! Lastly, we very much appreciated a reasonable check out without a bunch of garbage fees or absurd requests! Definitely would very much recommend a stay here if you're in the area!

Great Host

Sofia was so helpful, we got in from our flight and we got to the townhouse late. We had some issues trying to find the place, Sofia called and helped us find the door. The place was clean and had plenty of room for our family. The front bedroom and living room does get warm in the afternoons because the sun shines right into those rooms. If it wasn’t summer it probably wouldn’t be an issue. Sofia was very responsive and helpful. The location was great and had some walking trails and a playground close by. Would definitely recommend her property.
