This home is cozy, comfy and spotless! My family had a wonderful stay while our son was treating at Anschutz. The location is close to everything, neighborhood is safe and quiet. The private backyard is a great added bonus. The beds are very comfortable and the whole home is very well appointed. Our host was very accommodating and extremely responsive. She made a difficult time for us a little easier. Thank you for taking good care of us. Your kindness is greatly appreciate.

From the moment we pulled in the driveway we knew it was going to be amazing! Such a well-designed, cozy and inviting home. Charming, quaint, quiet and affordable. Maria is an amazing host and was able to accommodate my last-minute itinerary requests. Very responsive and friendly. We will definitely book here again!

Our stay here was perfect in every way! We planned a girlfriends weekend getaway for a concert at Red Rocks and exploring Denver. The location of the property was very convenient for us - 20 minutes from Denver Airport and downtown Denver, and 40 minutes from Red Rocks. The house was very clean, well-stocked, and nicely decorated and met all of our needs. The host was very helpful communicating with me before our stay, at check in/out and offered help with anything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

I stayed at the house while recovering from surgery nearby at UC Anchutz. The house was impeccably clean. There wasn't a spot of dust. But the best part is that Maria has thought of what people actually need when they come to a house and she has provided it - detergent, lotion, spices, coffee filters to name a few. These are things travelers don't often remember and it is in start contrast to the hedge fund owned VRBOs that are missing a personal touch. The sheets and pillows were very soft and the pillows are clearly expensive with thick and thin options. There is a nice park directly across the street that was great for walking my dog. The backyard was large with nice garden planters. Maria has nice places to eat outside with comfortable cushions. All in all it was a very comfortable stay and made my healing easier. Thank you.
