This home was perfect for me and my cousin, in town for a wedding. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. A very quiet street and parking was no problem. Our host Etay was in touch and we had no problems. We originally planned to walk to Stanley Marketplace but instead explored East Colfax - lots of public art (murals & sculptures), diverse restaurants & shops, etc. If you are adventurous in urban environments, go check it out! Also, a short drive directly into downtown Denver. We would stay here again.

We only stayed one night and didn’t use the kitchenette amenities. The space and photos were as described. The host provided excellent communication. We had several vehicles with us and had no issue finding adequate parking - even over a holiday weekend.

Etay was more than welcoming and decorated the home with Christmas decor after finding out my family would be spending Christmas together for the first time in over a decade!

The house was so clean and put together...perfect for our little weekend stay. The outdoor light when I arrived at night was inviting as I got their late. Easy to find. Quiet neighborhood. Minutes from my destination.

Etay is an amazing host. We had a concern about musty, stagnant air in the house, his co-host Noa brought us 2 box fans immediately. We were able to enjoy our stay without any other hiccups. I'd stay here again!
