This beautiful, quiet home is a fully furnished condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the border of Centennial/Parker/Aurora, very near to DTC and Centennial Airport. Guests will enjoy a clean, modern, professional condo to relax while exploring the many Colorado attractions that are close by. Also, enjoy the many amenities that surround this property such as the Cherry Creek bike trail, as well as dinning and shopping within walking distance.

The Space:
This condo provides you with all the comforts of a home away from home. Fully furnished home includes a kitchen with everything you need to host a dinner with friends or make breakfast in the morning, bathrooms stocked with soaps and shampoo along with towels for you to use, and pillow top mattresses for a peaceful night sleep.
**Any stay over 1 week MAY be charged an additional $50 per week cleaning fee

Guest access:
Condo includes a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms. Everything you need includes bedding, towels, cookware, coffee maker, blender and dishes all right at your fingertips, wireless high-speed internet. There is also a community pool and hot tub available for your pleasure during the summer season.

**NOTE: The pool is ONLY open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Neighborhood overview:
The condo is conveniently located in Centennial just 5 minutes from I-25 and close to the Denver Tech Center (7 miles away). The property also sits close to the Centennial Airport, Denver Broncos training facility, Inverness properties and centrally located halfway between Denver and Colorado Springs. There are parks and trails within walking distance, including the Cherry Creek Reservoir, in addition to several different restaurants to choose from, as well as grocery store, movie theatre and bowling alley. This home is located in the Cherry Creek School District. There are many things to do in Colorado! On the weekend enjoy a get-a-way to the many wonderful Colorado Springs, Denver and Boulder attractions. Host is available at all times to assist with your questions regarding distance, travel, tips, etc. and you are encouraged to call for suggestions and information. This property is only 3 miles from Parker Adventist Hospital where one of the Rocky Mountain Fertility Clinic offices are located.

Getting around:
There are several light rail stations located near this property that will take you to DTC, Downtown Denver, south to Lone Tree and Littleton and even cities much farther north like Golden or Westminster. There are also many Uber and Lyft drivers for a quick ride to wherever you need to go.

The property is very safe with security cameras located in the common areas and parking lots. Garages are available for an additional $10.00 per night upon request.

Excellent property and very communicative host. Well stocked with some essentials such as coffee, tea, oatmeal, paper towels etc which makes a big difference versus other properties. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Home away from home for us to visit family annually.

Perfect place

We had the perfect place for a recovery from a surgery. Kristi was amazing to communicate with and was very much flexible and understanding! The house fit our needs perfectly! The only suggestion we would give is to have at least one more chair for the common space. With our group of 4 there was only space for 3 on the love seat and chair. Other than that, everything was perfect! We would definitely stay again! Thank you Kristi!

Girls Road Trip

I literally NEVER give 5-star ratings on anything because I feel that there is always room for improvement. However, this place deserves it! Everything was exactly how it was described. I would love to return to the area in the future and I would definitely book here again! Thank you Kristi for being a great host! I hope to book again with my husband next year. My ONLY suggestion would be to tell guests that the unit is around the back. We arrived at night and it was very difficult to see the numbers o the buildings or the units.

Exactly what we needed

Condo was exactly as advertised-good space and quiet (except for light highway noise during the super quiet hours of the night, using a fan was a great help). We did have some trouble finding the unit but looking back at our check in instructions, at the very very bottom is a map of how to get to it. We didn’t see it because it is after all the info that is usually the last thing you see in an email. Be sure to look all the way down for the instructions if you rent this property. It will save you time searching around. I recommend this property and will probably stay in one of these in the future. I’m

This condo was fantastic and perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked sufficiently and it was very clean. We were close to the doctors office and stores we wanted to shop at that are not on the western slope. We even got to go visit Umi over in Aurora. We will definitely stay here again.

The only reason for a less than stellar rating is the fact that this unit was literally feet away from Parker Road, an extremely busy road. The traffic noise was pretty bad. The listing showed the unit as "quiet," but this one was not. Apparently, there are other units in the same complex -- if you're lucky enough to get one of those, I'm sure your experience will be much better.The unit itself is very nice -- clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The host Kristi is responsive and helpful.

Very responsive host

We enjoyed out stay in Colorado. The condo was very nice and the pool was fun! The hight of the bed in the primary bedroom was the only problem. It was ok for us, but might be a problem for older folks.

One of our favorite places. Will be going back.

We have stayed in dozens of rental units. This was one of our favorites. The hosts responded immediately, and they are very pleasant. The property is spacious and quiet. You are away from the parking area, so you do not hear any car doors slamming, and you do not hear the doors of other apartments. The inside is clean and well appointed. The area is upscale and very safe. Good place for a family.
