Ok, nothing spectacular. Not a home away from home. Thankfully we had a busy schedule which allowed us to focus on our visit away from the house. The neighborhood is nice, and it was close to our activities. If all you need are limited cooking supplies and comfortable beds, then this will do.
The property was good , parking good ,location good
Too much pet hair and dander too not good for family with allergies
House could have been cleaned much better on inside dishwasher a mess oven bit cleaner
Microwave handles missing
Coffee table broken
Lots of bees n wasps outside critical for people who are allergic
Sliding door seemed to be loose or broken

It was a place to sleep and close to family.
We didn’t really spend a lot of time here during the day. I’m glad we didn’t because it is an old home that needs a lot of TLC. I tried opening windows in the bedrooms up stairs to get a breeze. The plastic window frames were all broken and I didn’t dare try to open them for fear the frames would break. There were stains all over the bathroom counters, bathtubs, kitchen table, kitchen counters and burn marks all over the kitchen counters. The laundry room floor was really dirty and had socks and lint between the appliances and all over the floor. It’s just an old home, but it didn’t really feel comfortable as a good place to relax and hang out. I think the price was too high for the condition of the property. I would not recommend or stay here again.

Not ready for primetime
More like camping. Worst equipped unit we have stayed in. Not enough kitchen utensils for even 1 person (add says its sleeps 8 but certainly can't cook for even 2). Only 2 very small pans for cooking. No salad or mixing bowls
No cutlery to prepare meals (or cut a watermellon). Coffee maker (keurig) does not work. Had to buy coffee maker and borrow knives, pans etc from daughter who lives in the area.one of the advantages of a VRBO is that you can cook rather than go out to eat all the time like a hotel. Not here.
Nice patio but you can only look at it, not use it because no patio furniture. No grill either so you have to cook inside with the 2 small pans...not possible.
No lamps in upstairs master bedroom nightstands and all outlets covered by oversized heavy furnishings so no place to plug in electronics or charging devices. Mirror is not attached to dressor...loose and dangerous. Bed frrame not properly assembled...loose posts and bed knobs.
"Included toiletries" consist of toilet paper. So bring your own soap etc.
Living room seats max 3 people. When daughter and family came to visit, most had to stand. Should move the elaborate security system to the empty office and add chairs instead. "Smart TV " is not smart.
The list could go on. It is apparent that the owners don't understand how to host a VRBO to make guest comfortable during stay. More like a real estate agent staged the house for a showing...not for someone to actually stay there.
