About this property

Comfortable, spacious, informal, recently renovated, historic property. Unmatched location, directly across from Averett University, and walking distance to smart restaurants, a beautiful public park, a lovely walking path along the River Dan, and the upcoming Caesars casino. Sovah Hospital is an easy walk away.

Three bedrooms and two and one-half bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Four Smart TVs. Free street and/or back lot parking.

The house is a duplex, consisting of left side and right side townhouses. Your space is on the right side, and I live on the left. You have two private entrances, full private use of your space, and shared use of the front porch, rear deck, and rear patio.

The property features challenging stair climbs, and for many reasons is not safe for children. Though I have noted this elsewhere in the listing, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, be it inside or out.
