Each of the four spacious bedrooms has a comfortable bed with soft premium bedding. The other two main floor bedrooms each have a queen size bed, dresser, and mirror. One also featuring a desk and chair for those who need to work during their stay. The basement features a separate suite with bedroom, full bathroom with shower/tub combo, game room, living room and kitchenette.
The living spaces are perfect for gathering and relaxing, with a formal dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook meals, and a comfortable living room with a large samsung smart TV with free Disney+ streaming. Visiting from Florida

We had to book last minute with the passing of my Father in law. The house was perfect for what we needed and the number of people. The house was perfectly located in town for services and arrangements. Plenty of local establishments close by and just a block from the grocery store and Dollar General. Such a cute, fun and cozy little place and we hope to be able to stay in the same place for our next visit.

Superb

This is our second stay at this property and each time has been great, the host is very informative and always attentive and prompt when questions needed answering. The place is clean and comfortable with so much attention to detail and has all the amenities for a home away from home. This will be my home away from home whenever I visit family in Danville, VA. Wonderful Property, Close to Everything

This was truly a gem found in Danville with lovely renovations throughout. Four spacious bedrooms, lovely living room and formal dining area, plus an eat-in kitchen, screened in porch, and wonderful family room and game room (with an extra kitchen and bedroom in this area). Exceptionally clean, good Wi-Fi, all in a safe area of town. Single car driveway. Stairs to front door and screened porch. Nice back yard. Excellent communication with owners.

Why they chose this property

I love decorating and remodeling homes and sharing them with others. When remodeling this home we preserved lots of its original charm such as the beautifully refinished original hardwood floors and dining room chandelier but updated it and modernized it where needed. The large bedrooms offer guest spacious accommodations and make this a comfortable home away from home.

What makes this property unique

This home is very close to all Danville attractions such as Averett University, SOVAH hospital, the riverwalk trail, downtown restaurants, and only 25 mins from VIR. In addition to being close to everything in Danville, the home is located in a very quiet, safe, well established neighborhood and within walking distance to a park.
