The property was clean. The kitchen needs some attention. Pots and pans should be upgraded. Definitely need an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay

Host dosent respond to real time requests - AT ALL

I slept in a broken bed (1/2 of the (north to south) frame droppedvto the floor. I let Host know, and cricketts!!! Called f/ asst. with entry - crickets! Oher electronic issues as well.

During their 2 day stay, I responded to their concerns through VRBO messages. Not sure how the bed was broken, but it was fine prior to their stay. Cozy Cove of Danville appreciates our guest and strive to assure they have a great experience.
